Floor Finisher (FULL-TIME)
Location: Melbourne, Victoria
Salary: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per annum plus superannuation (depending on skills and experience)

Full job description:
Requirement: Crystal Clear Floor Services specialized in premium solutions for timber flooring of all types providing expert advice while providing quality workmanship at the best prices in Melbourne. The team provide the excellent trade, personal service and sustainable timber flooring. Projects will include residential and commercial properties delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Collection of material from warehouse and delivery to site.
· Assess site health and safety risks.
· Unloading of material at building site.
· Installation of floor products to Australian standards.
· Understand building plans and floor installation layout plans.
· Quantify and estimate costs of repair work, floor preparation and other aspects of installation work.
· Clean work area of waste material to designated waste areas.
· Fill out job completion documents and report to Operations & Installation Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years previous experience with floor installations either carpet or hard flooring.
· Measuring, quoting and estimating quantities.
· Self-motivated and solutions oriented.
· English speaking.
· Physically fit, healthy and able.
· Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
· Good communication skills.
· Ability to lead/train junior installers.
· White card.
· Certification or formal training in floor finishing or related trade.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Hard flooring Applicants: experience in operating and maintain floor preparation equipment, screeding and self-leveling
