Working closely with the Merchandise Manager, the Retail Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the club’s merchandise business across the Roarstore, online store and match day outlets.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys retail operations, customer engagement and working in a fast-paced sporting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the presentation and daily operations of the Roarstore.
- Manage online store listings including product descriptions, imagery and pricing.
- Coordinate packing and dispatch of online orders.
- Manage customer enquiries and communications.
- Conduct stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate merchandise logistics and setup for match day retail outlets.
- Support product launches including product information and imagery.
- Assist with coordinating casual retail staff on match days.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across in-store, online and match day environments.

- Retail or customer service experience (essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
- Experience with POS systems and stock management.
- Experience with Shopify or ecommerce platforms (highly regarded)
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude.
- A passion for sport and engaging with fans.
Additional Requirements
- Availability to work NRL game days, weekends and occasional extended hours.
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
- Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check if required.
