Your New Role
As an APS5 Programme Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting programme delivery and participant engagement by:
- Managing reporting and insights processes, including analysing qualitative and quantitative data to support informed decision-making.
- Supporting participant engagement activities and helping to amplify the participant's voice across the Agency.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve reporting processes and streamline feedback mechanisms.
- Developing clear, accessible communication materials in line with plain English and accessibility standards.
- Coordinating administrative and operational activities to support team and branch objectives.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to respond to enquiries and provide advice on moderately complex matters.
What You Will Need to Succeed
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and workflows.
- Experience working with data, reporting, or insights to support business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, accessible written materials.
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability, with confidence in handling moderately complex enquiries.
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work within policy frameworks and adapt to changing priorities.
