seeking an experienced and motivated Motel Manager to lead the daily operations of our motel
and contribute to our continued success.
About the Role
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
As the Motel Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the motel,
including but not limited to:
• Managing daily motel operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from check-in to check-
out.
• Overseeing rate management and room inventory to achieve occupancy and revenue
targets.
• Leading the guest experience across all touchpoints, including pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-
stay communication.
• Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and linen suppliers to maintain high
presentation standards.
• Coordinating with the broader management team to ensure effective cross-department
communication.
• Managing staff rostering, recruitment, training, and supervision of reception and
housekeeping teams.
About You

• A hands-on leadership style with strong operational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive
relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, property management systems, and
online travel agency platforms.
• Flexibility to respond to emergencies outside of normal working hours when required.

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This
position plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing our people management practices while
providing operational and advisory HR support across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accurate and efficient administration.
• Maintaining employee records and HR systems while ensuring data integrity.
• Preparing and managing HR documentation, employment contracts, and reporting.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements across HR functions.
• Leading end-to-end onboarding to deliver a positive employee experience.

About You

• High-level computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
