We’re excited to offer a Graduate Opportunity for aspiring finance brokers! This hands-on program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to launch a successful career in finance.

Starting as an Account Manager, you’ll gain practical experience and work closely with our experienced director to learn the ins and outs of the asset finance industry. With our guidance and support, you’ll progress towards becoming a full-time broker with Finicky

What You'll Do:
Assist in qualifying leads by interacting with clients via phone, email, SMS and in person.
Learn how to assess client needs and match them with suitable loan options.
Support the preparation of loan applications to meet lender requirements.
Collaborate with brokers and the admin team to finalise applications and settlements.
Gain exposure to various asset finance products and develop an understanding of the lending process.
Build rapport with clients and contribute to maintaining strong relationships.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.
Stay informed about industry developments and product knowledge to provide clients with accurate, relevant information.
