Now we just need YOU to help us spread the joy this Christmas! The Role We're on the hunt for confident, chatty Corporate Customer Service superstars to join us over the festive peak period. You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone for our corporate customers — no cold calling involved — helping businesses across Australia say "thank you" in the best possible way, with a gorgeous hamper or branded corporate gift. What You'll Be Doing • Being the go-to voice for our corporate customers — answering their calls, talking through options, and helping them land on the perfect gift (they really do sell themselves — you're just there to help them choose!) • Managing your customer relationships like a pro, following through to make sure every enquiry lands somewhere great • Building genuine relationships with our corporate partners so they keep coming back year after year • Using our tried-and-tested guides to steer conversations and handle any questions or hesitations with confidence • Getting to know our products inside and out, so you can recommend the perfect gift for every customer • Smashing your daily targets for calls and conversions (and celebrating when you do! 🎉) About You • You've got runs on the board in customer service or phone-based sales • You can follow a guide while still sounding like yourself • You're a natural communicator with top-tier customer service instincts • You know how to consult and guide a conversation to a happy "yes" • You can handle a tricky question like a champ, all while keeping the customer smiling • You take ownership and pride in your work • You're personable, upbeat, and bring a can-do attitude to everything • You thrive under pressure (peak season keeps us on our toes!) • You're comfortable in Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new systems • You've got great self-awareness and know how to read the room (or the phone call!)
