- Prepare and serve fresh, quality food customers can trust
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards every time—no shortcuts
- Manage food displays, rotation, and waste to protect quality and cost
- Support team members to deliver consistent food standards
- Keep things clean, fast, and fresh during busy periods

Customer Experience
|
- Deliver friendly, fast, and easy service across every interaction
- Set the tone on shift—welcoming, positive, and helpful
- Step in to support peak periods and busy moments
- Handle customer queries and issues with confidence and care
- Help create a site customers want to come back to.

Shift Supervision
|
- Take responsibility for the site when the Site Manager (or 2IC) is not present
- Provide clear direction to team members during shifts
- Support onboarding and on-the-job training of new team members
- Ensure team members follow processes, safety standards, and expectations
- Take action to address any performance or behavioural concerns by raising in accordance with relevant policies & procedures
- Lead by example—hands-on, visible, and reliable

Commercial & Operational Discipline
|
- Support sales growth through great availability and execution
- Minimise waste, stock loss, and operational inefficiencies (especially in food)
- Follow roster plans and support efficient labour use on shift
- Complete daily routines, checks, and reporting accurately
- Stay focused on what matters most to run the site well

Health, Safety & Compliance
|
- Maintain a physical and psychologically safe environment for customers and team members
- Follow safety, fuel handling and environmental safety procedures
- Identify and act on hazards quickly
- Complete required safety checks and tasks accurately

|
General
|
- Complete required training (including food safety where applicable)
- Support the wider team and step into different tasks as needed
- Bring energy, ownership, and a positive attitude to every shift
