A well-established national retailer with a broad network of locations across Australia, is seeking an experienced accounts receivable officer to join their team. This is a full-time temporary position based in their Rochedale office, with the potential to go permanent for the right person.
Your new role
Reporting to the Credit Manager, duties will include:
Managing accounts receivable administration, including inbox management, credit application processing, order reviews, and the preparation of invoices and credit notes.
Managing daily banking and accounts receivable processes, including payment allocation, bank reconciliations, banking administration, and resolving finance-related queries.
Managing customer account administration, including refunds, account maintenance, credit applications, credit limit reviews, and the processing of invoices and credit notes in line with company policies and approvals.
Delivering exceptional customer service and providing administrative support to internal teams, stores, franchises, and online sales operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a similar role using an ERP system (Dynamics 365 is highly desirable)
- Positive, professional and customer-focused approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and adapt communication styles to suit different stakeholders.
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively, supports colleagues, and contributes to efficient workflows and organisational success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, consistently and respectfully.
