The Opportunity:
Due to an internal movement, we’re currently seeking the expertise of a highly passionate and motivated people-leader to become our newest Field Service Supervisor. Within this role, you will be responsible for the operation of all Field Service activities, ensuring they run safely, efficiently, and profitably while offering genuine products to our customers. You will coordinate all activities, including workflow and staff allocations, to ensure all deadlines are met, documentation is completed, and jobs are invoiced promptly.
With 12 direct/indirect reports across the field service team, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a wonderful team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential. Technical background with strong mechanical aptitude Strong people management, mentoring and leadership capabilities Time management and prioritization skills to manage tasks efficiently and ensure timely delivery of services Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of customer issues and implement solutions Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Conflict resolution skills to handle difficult situations and resolve customer complaints effectively
