Aquatech Grouting is a family-owned leader in innovative grouting, tiling, and waterproofing solutions currently operating in Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, and is seeking an exceptional Quoter / Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. As a Quoter / Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth and success by building strong relationships with customers and delivering outstanding service.
The Opportunity
This is an entry-level role ideal for someone confident, friendly, and organised — no sales or quoting experience required! You’ll be visiting residential properties (tenants only), taking photos of leaking showers or damaged balconies, and sending that information back to our team to prepare quotes.
You’ll be paid per quote, with the opportunity to earn commissions for bringing in additional work (e.g. if the tenant wants a bathroom upgrade, or refers a friend). Full training is provided, and you’ll receive a company vehicle after a 3-month trial.
What You’ll Be Doing
Attending scheduled quote appointments (no cold calling)
Meeting tenants and explaining your role clearly and professionally
Taking clear photos of the problem areas (e.g. shower leaks, grout damage)
Completing a simple checklist and sending it to head office
Following up with the client via phone or SMS to confirm they’ve received the quote
Earning bonuses for identifying or referring extra work opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, well-spoken, and professional with great communication skills
Comfortable entering homes and interacting with tenants respectfully
Self-motivated and able to manage your own daily schedule
Good with smartphones and comfortable taking and sending photos
Punctual, organised, and willing to learn
Driver’s license and reliable transport (company car provided after 3 months)
