Help Desk Facilities Coordinator
South Eveleigh, Sydney
We are currently seeking two proactive and customer-focused Help Desk Facilities Coordinators to join the team at South Eveleigh site. This is an onsite temporary opportunity suited to candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality customer support.
As the first point of contact for facilities-related requests, you will manage incoming enquiries via phone and email while coordinating service delivery and ensuring requests are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for facilities-related enquiries and service requests
- Manage and respond to requests received through phone and email channels
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Monitor and maintain service delivery standards and response times
- Accurately update and manage requests within internal systems
- Prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Support the wider facilities team with day-to-day coordination activities
About You
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience within customer service, help desk, administration, facilities coordination or a similar support role
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working onsite full-time and learning new systems and processes
Working Hours
The Help Desk Point of Contact operates between 7:00am - 7:00pm, with rotating shifts including:
- 7:00am - 3:00pm
- 9:00am - 5:00pm
- 11:00am - 7:00pm
Flexibility across shifts will be required to support business coverage during peak periods.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to complete background checks and standard onboarding requirements
- Availability to work onsite at South Eveleigh, Sydney
