Package Casual Position 33.05 per hour (Monday–Friday) 39.66 per hour (Saturday) 46.27 per hour (Sunday) Own room in a shared staff house FREE Accommodation Meals not provided (fully equipped cooking facilities available) About the Property This established remote tourism property features: Onsite cabins Small camping groups Restaurant Scenic cruises and guided tours Your Responsibilities General cleaning and servicing of onsite accommodation including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, general cleaning and laundry duties Assisting with grounds work General bar and restaurant duties Cleaning dishes and basic kitchen hand duties Possible deckhand duties Offer excellence in customer service Work as part of the team Assist in other departments as required About You To succeed in this role you will have: Previous hospitality and/or housekeeping experience A current RSA Certificate & Food Handlers Certificate Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and pride in your work A positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed The ability to work independently and as part of a small team Flexibility to work across a variety of hospitality duties in a remote environment Additional Information Commencing immediately Work available until approximately mid-May / early June No pets permitted onsite No mobile phone reception No television reception Easy access via sealed roads or bus, with airport pickup available from the nearest airport If you enjoy working in a hands-on hospitality role and appreciate spectacular natural surroundings, this is a rare opportunity to experience life and work in one of Tasmania’s most remarkable wilderness destinations while being part of a supportive and welcoming team.
